I have PMS so bad that I want to cry. I can't cry for some reason, but I'm in such a horrible mood. Usually I take some medicine and it works wonders, but this time it didn't work. I also tried exercising. Yes, I did a 5K on the treadmill, but alas, still cranky.
Could it just be PMS? I am also stressed about work and want to quit. It's just because it's hard right now and I'm super busy, but still. It's a trying time.
I'm also planning a party for Hubby. He's turning 29. We're having a kegger at our house which means cleaning up and buying presents and stuff.
So, I'm so lucky in life. I have a great family. I have a great life. Yet, I'm so bitter tonight that I want to just crawl into the fetal position and cry.
Have you ever felt this way? What did you do to get out of the funk? I'll probably try just going to bed...
Kate Moss
I get this way every time I have my period, it's terrible.
I hope you start feeling better soon.
1I won't get my period until vacation...in two weeks. Yep, Mexico and my period. Yay.

That's major sucky. I'm sorry, hun.
3Everyone goes through these funk every now and then. You're probably overworked and stress for the reason you feel this way.
I feel ya kat. I do.
What sucks for me- i haven't gotten my period all month. I must be having the 21st century's jesus or something. It's kind of freaking me out though.
4((((Hugs Kat)))), I understand how you feel. Sometimes, I get sad and I don't know why and then I have to shake myself off. Everything will be fine and will get better after the flow passes. You did 5K-How kick a** is that.
5I feel that way at least once every few months, including right now. I'm so raging! I'll be going around caring about weird stuff, and suddenly it will dawn on me as to whI'm caring thinking/acting that way, that I would never normally do). I take Magnesium (to take the edge off) and go to my chiropractor (as a Cali girl, of course I worship my Chiropractor, lol), and sometimes Midol. And the heating pad is my BFF!
6Off topic, Wren - what does the chiropractor do for your pain during that time of the month?
7Yea I feel the same way when I have my PMS (which is why I make it so I get my period once every TWO months) and it's horrible.
8I get so sad and down, and blow everything WAY out of proportion. I think things are way worse then they are. And my bf says I have a nasty habit of thinking I am fat and that I get obbessed with it.
But meh, whatever, in 4 -5 days I am back on track.
Kat I get the same way almost 2 weeks before my period. I feel that I just want to cry over any
little thing. I know it help to talk about it with my hunny sometimes he will rub my feet or tummy until I feel a little better. Sometimes it is better just to cry and lay down just relax..I
hope you feel better!!
9bellaressa-My chiropractor pushes around on my lower back, and does pressure points on pelvic bone, ankles, and feet. I don't know exactly, but it really helps.
10I may need to try that, thanks!
11It's hard being a woman and doing everything with hormones raging, and a full moon is coming - that seems to escalate PMS.
Take Good Care!!! :hugs:
12...sorry pms and TGIF is making me lose focus
I meant to send -
13I hope you are feeling better now - I get this way as well, sometimes it is just best to curl up in the fetal position and cry yourself to sleep. I hate it when you have tried everything and you still feel like crap!!
Kat
14It's the full moon. I swear. It's on Sunday and generally the pull starts getting to us the week before and then continues for a week after.
15I didn't even think of the full moon. I just thought it was stress at work. Hubby still asks me if I'm ok. he can tell that something is bothering me, but I just can't put my finger on it.
It helps that I have bosses at work that fully understand that I'm under a bit of stress and support me.
Thanks for all the hugs and good feelings. I'm glad to know that I'm not alone...

16Of course I've felt this way - and just about every woman, right?! I'm planning a wedding right now, so I can understand how stressful it is to plan big parties...
I will say that being an "all-natural" person, I've always felt working-out helps me get rid of stress that makes me a little crazy. The only problem is that I usually can't find the time to work-out when times get stressful
So ever since I started working for a company that produces vitamins and supplements, I've started taking a natural supplement called SAM-e. I had never heard of it before, but it really levels my moods out. Its something you have to take regularly, but I can see a difference in myself.
Well, I hope I've helped. Being a woman is always a little confusing, isn't it?!
